Gilani Okra stew without meat
Okra stew is one of the local and tasty Iranian stews, which, of course, originates from the south of Izan. The delicious taste of this stew has made it popular in all provinces of Iran. One of the reasons for its popularity can be mentioned the many properties of okra. Okra is rich in fiber and removes toxins and waste from the digestive system, in addition to strengthening the brain and making the heart healthy. Gilani okra stew is produced by preserving the unique properties of this plant and following its original recipe in a 460 gram container with an easy-to-open door. An autoclave (large steam machine) was used to prepare this preserve, and it is necessary to boil it in water for 20 minutes before eating. Gilani okra stew does not contain any kind of preservatives.
