Gilani Canned Gheime with Potato and meat
Gheime stew is one of the most delicious Iranian stews. In addition to Iran, it also has its fans in Iraq, and it is prepared from fried onions, tomato
paste, cobs, red meat, Omani lemon, and sliced and fried potatoes. Usually, cinnamon, cardamom and rose water are added to give it flavor in the last moments of cooking. This tasty stew is prepared in a 250 gram container using an autoclave (large steam device) and is free of any preservatives. Be sure to boil it in water for 20 minutes before consuming it.
