Ghalye mahi is one of the most famous southern stews in Iran, which is cooked in cities such as Khuzestan, Hormozgan, Bushehr and southern Baluchistan. This delicious stew is prepared from a combination of vegetables such as coriander and fenugreek with tamarind, special spices and fresh fish or tuna. Canned Gilani Ghalye mahi stew is prepared from the right combination and the amount of each of the mentioned ingredients and has preserved its original taste. This canned food is produced in a 460 gram container using an autoclave (large steam device) and there are no preservatives in it. It is necessary to boil it in water for 20 minutes before consumption, then eat it.
